We may utilize Canada Posts Proof of Age for your delivery. You will be required to sign and show proof of age upon delivery. If Proof of Age cannot be provided, you will not be eligible for a refund and the items will be returned to us. If we determine you are underage after you place your order, you are not eligible for a refund in any way.
All orders will be processed as soon as possible. Usually within 2 business days. Once your order is ready it will be shipped via Canada Post. We have no control over delivery times once the package has left our shop. We will contact you once your order has shipped with your tracking number.
If you placed an order and cannot provide proof of age upon pickup, your order will not be returned and you will NOT receive a refund.
Orders cannot be changed once submitted and payment has been accepted.
We are not responsible for packages that have been lost in the mail. Once they leave the shop they are out of our hands. Contact Canada Post about any shipping issues.
Due to increasing shipping costs in light of COVID-19, there will be changes to our shipping rates (effective January 1st 2021).
Orders ranging from $0 - $99.99 will incur a shipping charge of $11.50
Orders $100 and above are entitled to Free Shipping.

USA and International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping.
Due to the nature of our products returns and refunds are not applicable. All E-liquid sales are FINAL. If a device or product is faulty or dead upon arrival please contact us within 7 days at email@example.com to work out a suitable exchange. We package shipments as best as we can to ensure damage free deliveries. We ask that you do the same if a shipment needs to be exchanged.
If proof of age cannot be supplied and the package is returned to us (you are under age), you will not receive a refund for your purchase. You must be of legal smoking age in your province or state to purchase any item from our website.
If you have an issue with a hardware product it might fall under the manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for issues including leaking or missing parts. We can not offer warranty on any product unless it was DOA or damaged in transit.
